2. Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.
  • Handmadezz.com is not responsible for any damage or loss of the product during the return shipping process.

3. Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value will be deducted from the refund for all eligible returns. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and restocking the returned product.

4. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. If the product is found to be in good condition, the refund will be processed.

5. Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • The refund amount will be the invoice value of the product minus the 20% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges paid during the initial purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

7. Exchanges:

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our return process, and once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
